Morning routine generator
How much space does your morning really have? Start with the minutes between getting up and your next commitment. Choose energy, focus, calm or movement, and this generator turns that time into a short checklist. You can change every action and its duration before copying or printing the result.
The plan contains three to seven steps. Its first action is deliberately concrete: a glass of water on the table or shoes on your feet. Use that action with an Alarmeee photo alarm later, or follow the list on paper.

Choose a clear action you can show in a picture, then set it up in the app yourself. The App Store link opens Alarmeee; your checklist stays here. Combine paper and a phone alarm if it suits you.

Enter a whole number from 10 to 90 minutes. The generator uses three steps for 10–24 minutes, four for 25–39, five for 40–54, six for 55–69 and seven for 70–90. Each goal has an ordered pool of everyday actions in your language. The same settings give the same draft, without AI or randomness.
The first step gets two minutes. The remaining minutes are shared evenly among the other steps, with any leftover minute assigned from the top down. For a 20-minute energy plan, that means two minutes to prepare water, nine to open the curtains and arrange your space, and nine for breakfast. These are editable placeholders for your schedule, not measurements of how long an activity should take.
Read the draft and include practical needs such as getting dressed. Edit the minute fields and watch the total update. Shortening the plan is fine; it may leave time unused. Copy and Print require valid steps within your original time budget.
Without a phone removes the calendar check from the focus pool. It does not lock your device or change other apps. Try the checklist for a few mornings and edit what does not fit. The print view contains the actions, their times and seven empty day boxes, with no site menu or footer.

A starting list, with room for your decisions
Energy, focus, calm and movement describe the theme of the list. They are not promised outcomes. This tool cannot know your household, mobility, responsibilities or preferred pace. Include essential preparation before optional activities.
Your draft lives only in this page. Reloading resets it, so copy or print before leaving. The photo label describes an action you could show in a picture; it does not ask for a photo or upload one. Using a photo alarm in Alarmeee involves your phone, even if the rest of your routine is on paper.
Questions and answers
Does the generator use AI?
No. It selects actions from fixed language-specific pools and divides your minutes using a simple rule. Repeating the same inputs produces the same draft. Your edited step names and times are not sent away for generation.
Can I change the suggested steps?
Yes. Every action name and duration is editable. Keep names nonempty and use whole minutes from 1 to 90. The total must stay within the available minutes you entered; you can leave part of that time unassigned.
What does without a phone change?
It excludes the phone calendar check from the focus list. The other goals already use offline actions. It is a planning preference, not a device block. The optional Alarmeee photo alarm still needs a phone.
What will appear when I print?
Only the current valid list, its total and seven day boxes appear in the page's print layout. Choose paper or PDF in the print dialog. Disable browser headers and footers to omit the URL and date.
Is the first step already an alarm task?
No. The badge marks a physical action that is easy to show in a photo. Opening the App Store does not transfer the list. Choose and configure your task yourself in Alarmeee if you want to use it with an alarm.
Will my edits still be here tomorrow?
The page does not save drafts between visits. Copy the list or print it before closing or reloading the page. If clipboard access is unavailable, use the print option or select the text of the steps manually.
