ALARMEEE combines a wake-up alarm and daily goals with photo proof. This policy explains what data is processed when you use the app.
Data stored on your device
Your alarm time, selected mission, app preferences and wake-up history are stored locally on your device. ALARMEEE does not require an account.
Photo verification
When you submit proof, the photo and selected mission are sent securely to the ALARMEEE verification service and processed by Google Gemini to decide whether the mission was completed. Photos are used for this verification request and are not intentionally stored by ALARMEEE after processing.
Free completions and verification records
To provide three free successful completions and avoid charging a completion twice when a request is retried, ALARMEEE uses a random installation identifier and a small allowance ledger stored in your device's Keychain. The ledger contains the completion count, admitted goal identifiers, scheduled times, task hashes, and cached successful verification results including feedback. Photo files and the original goal text are not stored in the allowance ledger. The installation identifier is also used to derive a pseudonymous RevenueCat identifier for checking Premium access.
The allowance ledger is retained across app restarts and is separate from local history; clearing local history does not reset the free allowance. Photos are sent to our verification service for the requested check and are not intentionally persisted by ALARMEEE. Older app versions may use a different verification flow without this allowance ledger.
Purchases
Apple processes payments. RevenueCat processes anonymous purchase and subscription identifiers so the app can determine whether Premium access is active. ALARMEEE does not receive your full payment-card details.
Anonymous analytics
If you enable Anonymous Analytics in Settings, ALARMEEE uses Firebase Analytics to measure anonymous product usage such as opening the app, arming an alarm and completing a mission. Photos, mission text and AI comments are not sent to analytics. You can turn this off at any time in Settings.
Permissions
- Alarm or notification access is used to schedule your alarm.
- Camera access is used only when you take mission proof.
Sharing and sale
ALARMEEE does not sell personal data. Data is shared only with service providers required to operate alarm verification and purchases.
Your choices
You can clear wake-up history inside the app, revoke permissions in iOS Settings and manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple account settings.
